The J.O.Y. Center, named for the journey of youth, is a safe, healthy and respectable environment for divorced or separated parents and children to spend quality time together.  The J.O.Y. Center provides: A safe place for parents to exchange children A private site for supervised parenting time/visitation Education for parenting skills and the needs of children To ensure a safe environment, all parents will complete an intake application prior to use of the facility. All parenting time/ visitation will be done by appointment. Trained staff will assure that all expectations, behavior guidelines and rules are followed. The center is available to anyone needing its services. Many parents will be referred by their attorneys, counselors, pastors, guardians adlitum, court services, human services or on their own. When available, scholarship help for supervised parenting time/ visitation per hour and supervised exchanges per exchange. *Member in High Standing of the National and International Supervised Visitation Network, and Member of the Minnesota SVN Chapter.
